Customer Care Team Leader (re-advertised)
Our client supplies accessories to the hospitality industry in the areas of room service and food and beverage service.
They are looking to engage a Customer Care Team Leader who will coordinate the customer care team and showroom sales activities.
- Supervise the Customer Care team.
- Meet sales targets through showroom sales.
- Provide reports and undertake client presentations.
- Ensure effective follow-up of clients and client requirements.
- Ensure good customer service throughout the client engagement process.
- Must have experience working in the hospitality sector
- Must have supervisory experience in client related role
- Experience in a showroom sales set up is an added advantage
