Customer Care Team Leader (re-advertised)

Our client supplies accessories to the hospitality industry in the areas of room service and food and beverage service.

They are looking to engage a Customer Care Team Leader who will coordinate the customer care team and showroom sales activities.

Key duties:

  • Supervise the Customer Care team.
  • Meet sales targets through showroom sales.
  • Provide reports and undertake client presentations.
  • Ensure effective follow-up of clients and client requirements.
  • Ensure good customer service throughout the client engagement process.

Key requirements:

  • Must have experience working in the hospitality sector
  • Must have supervisory experience in client related role
  • Experience in a showroom sales set up is an added advantage
