Sheer logic Management Consultants are seeking to recruit a Logistics and Asset Manager for one of our clients.
Candidates with Finance background and experience in banking industry are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Accountability on Contract Rewrites and asset Disposals, maximizing ROA on all transactions;
- Managing Contract expires, Quarterly;
- Clearance of contracts before expiry;
- Expected revenue achievement;
- Timely and accurate billings;
- Proper inventory management and tracking with Software;
- Pro-active asset management, working with vendors to assist with disposals;
- Proper mid-term and EOT inspections;
- Responses to client/sales proposals within 1 day;
- Debtors collected within agreed timelines;
- Full policy Compliance;
- Full compliance with Processes and Procedures;
- Timely reporting of WIP (Weekly);
- Monthly reporting on ROA achievement and proposals as required;
- Proper document storage and retrieval;
- Any Ad Hoc assistance required by Management team.
- Effective Insurance claim management;
- Timeous handling of insurance relayed billings and customer liaison;
- Effective Inspection cycles;
- 100% Repair billing and recoveries;
- Inspections handled professionally and acceptable repair/damage resolution with customers;
Qualifications
- A Degree in Logistics / Procurement / Business Management or any related course
- 5 years of experience in Logistics; out of which 3 years should be as an Asset Manager
- Good Communication, interpersonal skill and Customer Service Skills
- Must be of highest integrity, honest and reliable
- Must have ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must demonstrate qualities of a Team leader
