Our client, a real estate firm is seeking to hire a highly talented professional to fill in the position of an Executive Assistant.

Location: Nairobi

Salary: Kshs 100,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage meeting requests, including drafting agenda and coordinating attendees
  • Receives and prioritizes MD’s correspondence and takes action
  • Manage the communication in and out of the MD’s office
  • Plan and organize local & international business trips, including flights, accommodation and meetings with business executives
  • Manage and maintain MD’s calendar
  • Organize events (e.g. booking venues, transportation, agendas)
  • Attend meetings on behalf of CEO as may be needed
  • Capture, prepare and distribute meeting minutes
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing papers, agendas and all necessary documents for the MD
  • Adapt to consistent changes
  • Prioritize extensive competing demands


  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related course
  • Related Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Strong time management skills
  • High level of professionalism and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be self driven and have good interpersonal skills
