Optim Systems Limited is a HR consultancy offering HR solutions to its clients by spotting and forestalling issues within an organisation’s HR function and finding strategic ways to remedy them.

We currently seek to engage Business Development Officers in our business to realize our expansion strategy 2019.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engages in superior customer service
  • Demonstrates and pitch for company goods and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
  • Schedules appointments and meetings for pitching as necessary
  • Respond to enquiries and answers questions from clients
  • Makes products and services knowledge readily available through various marketing channels
  • Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
  • Makes product appeal to the target market
  • Ensure that prerequisites like pre-qualifications, tenders and marketing proposals are prepared within a timely manner
  • Develop proposal templates and oversee the regular content update of marketing collateral, and website.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in the field of Communication, Marketing, Public relations or any related field
  • Experience in a professional services firm
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to work independently
  • Superior communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Presentation Skills,
  • Persistent and flexible
