Our Client who is a Real Estate Agency is looking for a business-minded and driven Operations Officer to join their team to oversee recruiting and agent solutions and services.
The candidate must be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and an outstanding business intellect.
Responsibilities
- Recruit new and experienced sales associates to join the brokerage
- Develop and maintain marketing systems and CRM of potential recruits
- Assist agents with contract-related solutions
- Ensure all new associates experience an amazing on-boarding process
- Help increase agent production
- Lead and inspire staff
- Maintain pulse on Profits and Loss
- Attend company and industry functions as representative of the company
- Remaining learning-based and attending all relevant training
- Studying the “game” of real estate to remain aware of top agent issues
Requirements
- Should be Personable and friendly with the ability to work closely with owner including employees at all levels, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Must Strive to continuously build knowledge and skills
- Must have great personal character and ready to learn
- Should be able to Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Great communicator
- Forward thinker
- Proficiency in; Google Products, Microsoft Office Products, Dropbox and Social Media Platforms is a must.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business Management or any other related course.
- Minimum 5 Yrs Experience in Real Estate Sales
- Real Estate License is a plus
- Management Experience 2 Years
Expected Hours of Work: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
NOTE: Occasional evening may be required as job duties demand.
