Customer Service Officer – General Insurance Company

Based in Nairobi, the Customer Service Officer will ensure high quality and consistent service to external and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities: Provide information sought by customers, support in handling complaints, ensure customers and other stakeholders receive responses, action on all e-mails and provide administrative support in transport and procurement among others

Requirements: A business degree from a recognized University. Minimum three (3) years’ experience in similar capacity in General Insurance.

Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure and a team player.
