Position: Sales Executive

Our client, a leading timber company that manufacturing and installing products such as joinery, parquet flooring, machined timber and others is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for finding new leads, setting meetings, introducing the client and closing sales deals.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close outside sales deals.
  • Be the primary contact person on your accounts, regularly meet with clients to strengthen relationships, introduce new products, grow client’s monthly sales.
  • Train client’s staff on our products, our value position, and how to sell our products
  • Work with clients on their business strategy to ensure success of selling our client products. Consult clients on their distribution methods, margins and pricing, staff training, incentive programs and more.
  • Consistently track sales performance, measure and analyze monthly sales projections versus actuals sales, perform ROI analysis, use data to determine sales strategy.
  • Attend trainings and meetings as requested.
  • Develop a Sales Strategy and personal Business Plan

Qualification and Experience

  • Diploma in Marketing or any related course.
  • An extensive list of business contacts within Kenya
  • Experience in the furniture industry is critical
  • Experience with sales projections and meeting sales goals
  • High energy, positive, willing to close deals
