Manufacturing Company Receptionist Job in Kenya (20K)

Our client a manufacturing company is looking to hire a dedicated Receptionist to join their team.

Salary: KShs 20,000

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Making Phone calls and routing calls to appropriate persons
  • Receiving and Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Be able to do web based research and develop data bases.
  • Skills in using the computer, Microsoft Word, Excel and be able to do web based research and from data bases.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Create and Maintain address books.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

Requirements

  • Necessary Academic qualification in related field.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in administration or Receptionist.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in word, excel, Web based research and computations of data bases.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Be able to multitask
  • Be polite and Attentive
  • Multilingual may be preferred or required.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
