Commercial Catering Equipment Sales Executive Vacancy in Kenya

Our client a leading Commercial catering equipment suppliers within East Africa is seeking to recruit an aggressive Sales Executive to join their dedicated team.

Salary: KShs 25,000

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Maintain an updated database of all customers in the system.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Prepare sales presentations, quotations and proposals.
  • Direct marketing, telemarketing and social media marketing.
  • Market research (product performance, competition, customer preferences).
  • They are the customers’ ambassadors.
  • Prepare sales action plan and strategy.
  • Cross selling and up selling to existing clients.
  • Data mining from existing and dormant clients.
  • Maintain professional relationship with clients.
  • Escalate and resolve customer complaints.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide all required information for all new and existing customers for capturing in the system.
  • Obtain signed/stamped sales quotations, proforma invoices and sales orders.

Qualifications and requirements

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in Sales Executive
  • Have a Diploma/Bachelors in a business related course
  • Be computer literate.
  • Ba aggressive and a good sales attitude.
