Our client, an innovative insurance solutions company, is looking to fill in the role of:
- Responsible for igniting and contributing to great creativity for cross platform campaigns
- Lead and deliver the creative process from ideation to execution
- Provide creative vision, strategic and creative leadership for an integrated creative team
- Work cross functionally to design and deliver creative campaigns
- Lead all phases of the creative process related to client programs and company marketing initiatives
- Develop creative systems, style guides, and processes necessary to execute company and client brand strategy and deliver consistent brand experiences
- Protect the integrity of the brand, while encouraging creative exploration and risk-taking
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create a unified end-to-end creative client experience
- Foster a thriving, inspirational, and immensely creative and productive work environment
- Understand and execute against the company’s brand & business vision, creating ideas that deliver for the company and its clients
- 3+ years of creative experience
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation
- Strong strategic, conceptual skills and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape
- Demonstrate ability to translate client message into effective communications across a full range of creative disciplines
- Excellent written communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and have the ability to manage multiple events at one time
- Must be able to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline-driven environment
