SRHR Alliance Programme Officer, Monitoring, Evaluation and Operational Research Job in Kenya

The SRHR Alliance in Kenya is a coalition of 17 civil society organizations and institutions working to promote the sexual and reproductive health and rights of young people in Kenya.

The SRHR Alliance is seeking to recruit an experienced, ambitious and dynamic individual to fill the following position:

Programme Officer, Monitoring, Evaluation and Operational Research – PME & OR

The PME & OR will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to program teams for Get Up Speak Out and Accelerating access to SRHR information and services for young people and girls through CSOs in Kenya programmes to ensure robust monitoring, evaluation, learning, operational research and reporting functions are defined and implemented successfully


  • Post-graduate degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Education or Development Studies
  • Proven experience of not less than 5 years of professional experience in Monitoring and Evaluation and Operational Research in areas of population and development, sexual and reproductive health, human rights, and gender, of which three years are at the international level;
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with ability to analyze and interpret data using Excel, MIS online reporting tools, or statistical packages such as SPSS, STATA and NVIVO.
