Concern Worldwide invites Expressions of Interest for the provision of the following consultancy service:
END OF PROJECT EVALUATION OF THE OFDA FUNDED INTEGRATED DROUGHT RECOVERY PROGRAM IN MARSABIT COUNTY
The purpose of this evaluation is to establish impact of the Integrated Drought Recovery Program based on the objectives and outcome indicators and in line with the evaluation method that Concern Worldwide committed to achieve.
The consultant will evaluate the Effectiveness, relevance, efficiency, impact and sustainability of the program.
S/he is also expected to conduct a comprehensive field based program evaluation (using both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods) as a means of providing insights on support received to date from Concern and collect data, based on the criteria and objectives of the evaluation.
S/he will be expected to carry out data analysis and write up the final assessment report.
- Advanced Degree in one of the following: Statistics, Development studies, Social Sciences, Agriculture or other relevant related fields
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Must have successfully completed at least 3 end term evaluations for projects worth 1 Million USD or more

SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Interested candidates who meet the above requirements must submit the following;
- A technical proposal (Max. 10 pages) including;
o Proposed methodology
o Work plan including the activity schedule with the total number of days and earliest date of availability to undertake assignment
o Demonstration of Capability i.e. CV of the lead consultant and, if quoting for an organization, attach the CV of any other personnel to be involved in the assignment
o A list of previous work done (Work Completion Certificates)
o Telephone and email contacts of at least three (3) professional referees who can validate technical expertise
- A financial proposal quoted in Kenya Shillings for the whole assignment
All submissions, addressed to the Procurement Committee, Concern Worldwide, Nairobi, must be delivered to the tender box at Concern Worldwide, Hse 39 Peponi Road, Westlands, Nairobi or sent to the following email addresses email@example.com with the subject of the email as ‘Final Evaluation of The OFDA Funded Integrated Drought Recovery Program in Marsabit’.
The closing date for submissions is Tuesday 2nd July 2019
Due to the urgency of this consultancy, we shall be reviewing the submissions on a rolling basis and may close before the deadline.
