Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in real estate, marketing or any related field.
- Masters Degree is an added advantage
- At least 2 years experience in Real Estate
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy is compulsory
- Consistent, organized and team work oriented
- Seamless time management skills, natural ability to multi-task and confidence to build relationships with customers
Main Responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships to ensure high level of client satisfaction
- Researching and analyzing market trends as regards new initiatives, market value, promotions and new listings
- Maintaining the existing customer portfolio to realize revenue
- Contract and spreadsheet management
- Prospecting and buyer call backs
