HR Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Human resource planning & succession management
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Ensure employment laws compliance
  • Develop, implement & manager HR budgets
  • Employee development management
  • Oversee performance management
  • Institute HR systems, processes & policies
  • HR Operations management

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant subject in Commerce/Business Administration
  • Professional HR training & certification
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in HR Management
  • Proficient communicator at all levels, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage different projects at the same time
  • Demonstrate creativity & initiative and require minimal supervision.
  • Possess top-level interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
