Customer Service Coordinator Job in Kisumu, Kenya (60K)

Our client seeks to recruit a highly talented person in the position of Customer Service Coordinator.

The role shall be based in Kisumu City.

The role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Location: Kisumu City

Salary: Ksh 45,000 – 60,000

Key Responsibilities of the job:

  • Supervising Customer Service Staff to ensure prompt and quality service
  • Ensure adherence to EHS / ISO and good housekeeping standards
  • Handle customer queries and complaints
  • Processing Sales Order in the SAP system

Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills)

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any business-related course.
  • 3 years relevant work experience in the same or related role
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills
  • Problem solving skills.
