Our client seeks to recruit a highly talented person in the position of Customer Service Coordinator.
The role shall be based in Kisumu City.
The role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Location: Kisumu City
Salary: Ksh 45,000 – 60,000
Key Responsibilities of the job:
- Supervising Customer Service Staff to ensure prompt and quality service
- Ensure adherence to EHS / ISO and good housekeeping standards
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Processing Sales Order in the SAP system
Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills)
- A minimum of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any business-related course.
- 3 years relevant work experience in the same or related role
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills.
- Analytical skills
- Problem solving skills.
