Client Brief

Our client a growing SME that provides tailor made, dependable and high quality facilities management is looking to hire a result oriented and passionate Sales Executive to grow the business.

Job Brief

To build a good sales pipeline, convert sales and facilitate revenue growth by implementing the sales & marketing plans.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify leads and nurture them leads into sales deals.
  • Create and maintain a list / database of prospective clients.
  • Be aggressive on cold calls & emails to potential clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are attended.
  • Prepare & pitch winning power point presentations and proposals.
  • Carrying out effective research & marketing intelligence in the industry market trends.
  • Provide inputs in planning and development of company marketing and communications plans.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure that all forecast and targets in relation to sales are met.
  • Follow up for due payments to be received from client.
  • Get involved in payment collection escalations.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
  • Proven track record of selling in the service industry, is preferable.
  • Experience in working in SME for a Minimum 3 years is an added advantage
  • Good communication, presentation, organization & negotiation skills
  • Well-seasoned in customer relationship Management
  • Salary Budget Ksh50,000Ksh Plus commission of 10 to 15 percent for every sale as per company policy
