Vacancy: Sales Supervisor – Solar Systems

Region: Western

Nature of Job: Full time

Salary: 100K – 150K

Principal Accountabilities

  • Supervise the sales team in the western region
  • Recruit, build and train a strong sales team
  • Meet own and team’s sales targets
  • Coordinate the head office with branches
  • To forecast sales accurately
  • To source for business
  • To meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and grow sales month by month
  • To identify and map sales areas and conduct sales demos
  • To ensure complaints and after-sales service issues and repairs are managed in time and to the satisfaction of the customers
  • To meet high ethical standards in line with the company culture

Experience Required and Skills

  • Degree in Business preferably Sales and Marketing
  • At least 5 years’ experience working as a sales Supervisor/ Manager in a busy solar company
  • Willing to travel extensively in sales territory
  • Strong team player
  • A go-getter, who can take initiative and work independently
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, passionate
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to supervise and manage a big team
  • Preferred candidates are those with experience selling solar systems
