We are looking to fill in the position of Customer Service Agent.
Scope: Customer Education & Support; Reporting
- Provide customer education on the company’s products & services.
- Ensure maintenance of the brand experience.
- Undertake customer care, help & support activities.
- Prepare customer reports and maintain accurate records of the same.
- Undertake online platforms monitoring.
- Provide effective & efficient service to customers across all media.
- Diploma in Customer Service or a Business-related field.
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills both oral and written.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
