We are in the Financial Management space providing innovative financial products & solutions.

We are looking to fill in the position of Customer Service Agent.

Scope: Customer Education & Support; Reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer education on the company’s products & services.
  • Ensure maintenance of the brand experience.
  • Undertake customer care, help & support activities.
  • Prepare customer reports and maintain accurate records of the same.
  • Undertake online platforms monitoring.
  • Provide effective & efficient service to customers across all media.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Customer Service or a Business-related field.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills both oral and written.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
