We’re a recruiting company and seeks to recruit highly talented individuals in the position of Virtual Telesales Executives.
The main purpose of the job is marketing of company services by making regular phone calls and emails to prospective clients to source for business and meet clients for pitching where necessary.
Ideal candidates must have an extroverted personality, outgoing and willing to work on targets.
The candidates will work flexibly and remotely from their home but must meet agreed targets.
The candidates will be paid a commission based on the calls they make (pay per call). Additional commissions will be paid for the successful leads generated.
The candidate must have own laptop and internet connectivity.
This is an opportunity for successful candidates to generate own income while working from home.
- Making calls to clients and prospecting for business
- Ensuring that conversion target
- Managing client inquiries.
- Managing sales pipeline and updating the Telesales team leader on progress
- Compiling weekly report on business closures and target/actual reports
- Managing and updating clients’ database
- Degree/diploma is sales and marketing or related
- MUST have at least one year working experience in telesales in a busy environment
- Proven background working with and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good work attitude and willing to learn
- Extroverted and outgoing personality
- Good negotiator
- Able to work flexibly without any form of supervision
