About the Role: This is the most senior finance position in the organization and will be responsible for the most complex accounting and financial management activities.

The holder will provide a full range of accounting, financial management, compliance, and operational audits, business advisory, internal audits and investigations, internal control structures review and ensure accountability and proper use of KickStart resources.

He/she will also be in charge of reporting, financial forecasting / budgeting and cash flow management.

This is a fun open-ended job promising you to join and an exciting team which needs some travel to support country crews in Africa.

The position is based at the Africa Regional Office in Nairobi, Kenya but the incumbent will provide technical support to the finance function of all the KickStart operations in Africa
