Customer Service & Administrative Assistant
Salary: 30K
Location: Westlands, Nairobi
Our client, an out-of-home (OOH) and outdoor advertising company, is recruiting a Customer and Admin Assistant to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Manage incoming calls and customer service enquiries
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Administrative
- Organize and schedule branding appointments
- Notify customers when their work will be completed
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide support to Sales and Administrative Assistant
Key Requirements
- Proven customer support experience, administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
