Job Title: Board Chairperson – College of Human Resources Management (CHRM)

Job Details: The Institute of Human Resource Management is a Regulatory body of HR Professionals in Kenya and draws its Mandate from the Human Resource Management Professional Act No 52 of 2012.

IHRM has two Affiliates namely, College of Human Resource Management (CHRM) and Human Resource Management Professionals Examinations Board (HRMPEB).

The client is seeking highly experienced and self-driven individuals with excellent credentials and strategic minds to competitively fill the position below: Board Chairperson- College of Human Resources Management (CHRM).

The College of Human Resource Management (CHRM) is the training arm of the Institute of Human Resource Management. Its main objective is to develop the human resources required for management of people at the workplace in both public and private sector.

Reporting to the IHRM Council, the Board Chairperson of CHRM will be responsible to ensure that the Board operates high standards of corporate governance by personally demonstrating objectivity and accountability in the transaction of business. .

Key Requirements
