Working in a Finance ,banking or insurance setting is a must.
Should have a HR Background.
Must have proven good management , leadership skills and can meet set timelines.
Excellent communications, analytical, and trouble shooting skills.
Someone who has managed a large work force of 100 employees and above.
Must be of good integrity and charisma.
