  • Working in a Finance ,banking or insurance setting is a must.
  • Should have a HR Background.
  • Must have proven good management , leadership skills and can meet set timelines.
  • Excellent communications, analytical, and trouble shooting skills.
  • Someone who has managed a large work force of 100 employees and above.
  • Must be of good integrity and charisma.
