i. Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s Degree, with post graduate HR qualification or equivalent
ii. Qualifications as an added advantage: Professional qualification in Business Management / Industrial Psychology , or equivalent.
iii. Professional registration: Institute of Human Resource Management
i. General work experience (years): At least 6 years’ experience
ii. Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): 5 or more years’ Learning & Development experience at a Supervisory Level
iii. Industry: Manufacturing
