PSI is seeking a design agency to provide design leadership for DISC, Delivering Innovation in Self-Care, a five-year Family planning project targeting young women and mums in urban & rural settings in Nigeria and Uganda expected to launch in Q3 2020.
In close collaboration with PSI and other partners, the Design Agency will be responsible for leading the insight development and solution design in two overarching areas
(1) Consumer engagement approaches spanning the consumer journey from awareness through trial, adherence and advocacy. These consumer engagement approaches should span digital and offline channels.
(2) Service delivery models that support providers and enable clients to access and be effectively trained to use self-injectable methods of contraception.
The agency will be responsible for leading insight gathering among target audiences and influencers related to the identified design challenges, collaborate with PSI and partners to analyse and interpret the insights gathered, design and lead the ideation, development, and testing of prototype solutions through various rounds of fidelity; and support the transition into implementation.
Any interested agencies should submit a proposal highlighting their agency profile and portfolio, key personnel, proof of similar work in Kenya, Nigeria, and Uganda; and a cost proposal.
They should also submit legal registration professional trading licenses and latest audited financial statements.
