We are seeking a devoted, talented and driven individual to join our team as chef.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and ensures that recipes, flavor profiles, considerate in quality, appearance, and production frames adhere to all menu/food items being produced.
- Understands menu development techniques and development of recipes, plating guides, and menu cards.
- Preparation of marinated deep-fried chicken.
- Preparation of tasty pizza.
- Preparation of local food.
- Cognizant of food safety regulations, making sure the kitchen remains compliant with how food is prepared and stored.
Skills Needed
- Creative and dynamic-Must be able to put his/her own stamp on dishes to create new combinations.
- Management-Must be able to manage junior staff, delegate responsibility, and work closely with others.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Organization-Attention to details and follow correct recipes.
- Culinary training.
