Chef Job in Kenya

We are seeking a devoted, talented and driven individual to join our team as chef.


  • Maintains and ensures that recipes, flavor profiles, considerate in quality, appearance, and production frames adhere to all menu/food items being produced.
  • Understands menu development techniques and development of recipes, plating guides, and menu cards.
  • Preparation of marinated deep-fried chicken.
  • Preparation of tasty pizza.
  • Preparation of local food.
  • Cognizant of food safety regulations, making sure the kitchen remains compliant with how food is prepared and stored.

Skills Needed

  • Creative and dynamic-Must be able to put his/her own stamp on dishes to create new combinations.
  • Management-Must be able to manage junior staff, delegate responsibility, and work closely with others.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Organization-Attention to details and follow correct recipes.
  • Culinary training.
