Vacancy: Operations Officer
We’re looking to add a detail-oriented, creative and super organized person to our team in order to boost the efficiency in our day to day operations by carrying out the following functions:
- Implement improved operational measures and policies that promote efficiency in the day to day operations.
- Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures.
- Develop improved business functionality that increases profits.
- Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Do monthly bank reconciliation and send the report to the director.
- In coordination with the store’s officer, conduct stock take, monitor stock movement and give the right advice that will improve the stock management process.
- Head the marketing team, receive and analyze their weekly reports in order to implement the right actions that will lead to increased sales and marketing.
- Overseeing human resources development policies, training, and performance reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in operations or a similar role.
- Strong business acumen.
- Exceptional leadership and teamwork.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in bank reconciliation and IT.
- Experience in the medical field will be an added advantage.
