Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking to engage a dynamic individual for a Training and Promotions Executive position for one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Training plan set up for the assigned work range
- Conduct training and testing for new hire VBAs
- Implement company training operation plan in assigned work range
- Allocate required resources to conduct on-sight training programs
- Localize vivo global training curriculum and contents and Implement required Learning Courses to target retail audience
- Act as a coach, Mentor and consultant to sales Teams and Partner sales staff for challenges they have on the job
- Observe, Identify and evaluate sales team and Partner Sales team training gaps to identify areas of improvement and come up with an improvement plan
- Assinged work range VBA’s ability improvement and productivity improvement
- Provide Daily, weekly and Monthly reports to Training manager with action plans
- Set and execute the activity strategies in the assigned work range
- Distribution of Promotion Materials across the activating areas.
- Supervision of Set-Up and Set-downs during Activations and Events
- Manage Influencers and brand Ambassadors
- Ensure all promotions are executed in set timelines with the set target achieved.
- Monitor the campaign to ensure that it runs smoothly and to measure the results.
- Work with designers to develop the creative theme for the campaign and place orders for the promotional items and campaign materials.
- Identify potential markets for Activations to take place
- Analyze the target audience to determine the type of promotional offer that would be most effective
