Business Development Lead – Telemedicine

Our client is a market leader in the Technology Driven Solutions space and seeks to engage a Business Development person to lead the drive into the Telemedicine/Telehealth Field.

The ideal candidate should;

  • Be a holder of Degree or Diploma in a Business Related field.
  • Have at least 3 years Sales/Business Development with 2 years in Telemedicine Sales
  • Have experience in Telemedicine/Tele-health platforms and applications.
  • Be a self driven individual good at creating from scratch.
  • Have the ability to structure a sales and marketing plan and platform to deliver sales ad revenue.
  • Have working knowledge and proficiency in MS Office suite applications and other specialised applications.

Business Development Lead – Consultancy

Our client is a key player in the Management and HR Consultancy market space and seeks a self driven, ambitions and well networked professional to lead and drive ifs business Development efforts.

The ideal candidate should;

  • Be a holder of an accredited Degree in business or other relevant field.
  • Have working exposure in HR and Management consulting services like Executive Selection, Human Capital Advisory, Training, Strategic Planning, Outsourcing among others.
  • Have worked in consulting/training/or knowledge driven organisation for at least 1 year.
  • Have at least 3 years Business Development experience in service set ups.
  • Have excellent networking skills with a rich database of potential clients or ability to build a vibrant one.
  • Ability to plan, develop and execute the marketing strategy for key markets and segments.
  • Develop market visibility and promotion strategy to create brand awareness.
  • Make client calls, and pitch presentations to lock business and build the sales pipeline.
  • Have working knowledge and proficiency in MS Office suite applications.
  • Salary is a retainer ranging between Kshs 50,000-80,000 and Commission of 10 percent of closed business.

Sales Executive – Training and Consultancy

Our client, a Management Consultancy firm offering generic and bespoke Consultancy solutions seeks a self driven and young professional to sell its service and solutions suite.

The ideal candidate should;

  • Be a holder of a diploma is sales, business administration or other relavant field.
  • Have at most 1 year experience in a service environnement or
  • Have been on attachment of internship for between 2-6months or
  • Has no experience but has the right attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Have the ability to quickly grasp and sell solutions in a competitive market.
  • Have working knowledge and proficiency in MS Office suite applications
  • Salary is a retainer within the Kshs 15,000-20,000 range and Commission of 10 percent of nett delivered business.
