JOB TITLE: CORPORATE SALES REPRESENTATIVES
NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME

SALARY: Kshs 25,000.00 – PLUS COMMISSIONS, AIRTIME AND TRANSPORT
JOB LOCATION: MLOLONGO
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Conduct demonstration of how the products work to prospective clients
- Upsell and cross sell to existing corporate customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to corporate customer leads through cold calling and door to door visits
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a diploma or a certificate in a business related course
- At least 2 years working in a similar field – targeting corporate customers
- Good communication skills both written and spoken
- Hardworking and presentable
- Strong Ethics and integrity
- A team player who takes initiatives
