JOB TITLE: FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVES

NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME

INDUSTRY: BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION

SALARY: Kshs 50,000.00 Plus Other Benefits

JOB LOCATION: MOMBASA ROAD

SUMMARY: Our client in building and construction industry and specializing in manufacturing of building insulation materials is looking to hire an experienced field sales representative to attract new clients, win new accounts, and maximize profitability within his or her sales territory.

Candidates will work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and turning interested potential customers into long-term customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Close new deals at a high rate
  • Build relationships with existing customers for continued business growth and to
  • Ensure brand loyalty through phone calls and emails.
  • Cultivate new leads within the sales which involves finding new customers and turning them into sales.
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
  • Monitor the company‚Äôs industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements
  • Do any other duty assigned to you by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field
  • At least three years works experience dealing with building and construction materials
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Computer use competency
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Competitive attitude
  • Conversational/interpersonal skills
  • Sharp sales skills
  • Able to work independently
