Our client is a leading Middle-level Real Estate Company based in Nairobi that offers solutions in areas of property sales / acquisiton, property / facilities management & property valuation services.
They seek to hire highly qualified, self-driven, aggressive and result-oriented professionals in the below position.
Business Development & Marketing Executive
The incumbent will be responsible for business growth through acquisition and retention of clients, sales & marketing activities and strategies, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and establishing brand prescence in the various prospective markets.
- Develop and implement Sales & Marketing growth and development strategies
- Source for property letting, management and sale business for the company
- Source for buyers and renters for the sourced properties
- Promote the company’s brand prescence in various platforms and markets
- Conduct regular market analysis to estimate property values and also identify competeitive prices
- Manage client contract process from acquisiton, onbording to SLA’s
- Conduct property shows with clients and offer alternative solutions with an aim of closing sales
- Achieving set weekly and monthly targets
- Provide periodic weekly and monthly reports on sales operation and generated revenues
- Real Estate management Degree/Diploma or related field
- Proven working experience in sales/marketing in the Real Estate Sector
- Hands on experience on property sales, lease and management business acquisition
- Strong sales, negotiation, communiaction and closing skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Real Estate market and business environment awareness
- Ability to work independently coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
