HOSPITAL MANAGER

1 POSITION ( READVERTISEMENT)

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this position is responsible for providing leadership and driving business in line with the Hospital business objectives.

Additionally, this position will ensure efficient day to day operations, management of customer and key stakeholder relationships and quality service delivery.

Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 3-5 years’ Hospital Management work experience.

Masters qualification will be an added advantage.

The position demands active knowledge and experience in Business, Financial, People and Stakeholder management; as well as active application of Information Systems in Health Care Management.

COURSE COORDINATOR – TVET-CDACC PROGRAMS

Reporting to the Principal-Evercare College of Health Sciences, this position is responsible for planning and coordinating teaching and assessments of the CDACC programs, upholding academic quality and integrity, design and development of course delivery modes, availing of learning resources, students’ learning outcomes and conduct and overall course evaluation in line with both the College’s and Hospital’s mission, vision, goals and core values.

Applicants must be in possession of

  • A Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a health related field
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in teaching TVET CBET
  • Registered as a TVET CDACC Trainer and/or Assessor.

PROGRAMMES OFFICER (MONITORING AND EVALUATION) 

1 POSITION (READVERTISEMENT)

Based at the Gender Violence and Recovery Centre and reporting to the Programmes Manager, this position is responsible for day to day management of the Monitoring and Evaluation systems to track program processes and progress against set GVRC program indicators, organizational plans and commitments in order to ensure accurate data, information and knowledge management and delivery of project plans to meet both organizational and partner expectations.

Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from a recognized university with 3 years’ experience in project management. In addition, professional training in Project monitoring and evaluation will be a clear advantage.

The position demands active knowledge and experience in Business, Financial, People and Stakeholder management; as well as active application of Information Systems.

PROGRAMMES OFFICER 

1 POSITION

Based at the Gender Violence and Recovery Centre and reporting to the Programmes Manager, this position is responsible implementation of the GVRC programmes and delivery of project plans to meet both organizational and partner expectations.

Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from a recognized university with 3 years’ experience in programme implementation. The position demands active knowledge and experience in Business, Financial, People and Stakeholder management; as well as active application of Information Systems.

TUTOR – TVET-CDACC Programs

Reporting to the Course Coordinator, this position will be responsible for delivery of quality instruction to health care trainees, in line with the TVET guidelines.

Applicants must be in possession of

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • At least one (1) year experience in teaching TVET/CBET programmes
  • Registered as a TVET CDACC Trainer
  • Possession of Pedagogy training will be a distinct advantage.
