30 Positions on Pure Commission Basis

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals and other forms of media and convert them.
  • Develop “out of the box” sales strategies /models and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Ensure strong understanding of the company value preposition.
  • Liaise with the External Agents Manager regularly to identify and seal business opportunities.
  • Do thorough real estate marketing intelligence to provide evidence based advise to customers.
  • Support the development and implementation of branding and marketing strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Provide regular reports to the External Agents Manager and the management.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field of study.
  • Must be Computer literate and a strong social media enthusiast.
  • One year experience in Sales, Marketing; Real Estate Sector highly preferred.
  • Must have at least 2000 followers on social media pages.
  • Must be ready to start work immediately.
