Consolota Hospital Kyeni is located in Embu County, along Embu Meru-road approximately 160 KM from Nairobi. The hospital is a level 5 hospital that falls under the jurisdiction of the Diocese of Embu. The hospital was established in 1930 by the Consolota Missionaries. The hospital began as a dispensary; thereafter (1956) it was upgraded to a 20 bed capacity hospital and has continued to experience tremendous growth. The hospital serves an estimated population of 20000 people as well as a referral facility. We serve an average of 250 outpatients per day  and over 1,000 inpatient per month.
