efficient healthcare environments. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to
join our dynamic team and ensure our financial operations run smoothly.

Job Summary:
The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, preparing and
analyzing financial statements, handling invoicing and tax compliance, and supporting internal
controls. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the healthcare or equipment supply industry
and be familiar with inventory costing, service billing, and project-based accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update accurate accounting records and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable; monitor payment cycles.
• Generate and track client invoices for product sales and service/maintenance contracts.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on production costs, overheads, and losses for all
products.
• Manage payroll, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor inventory accounting related to medical and laboratory equipment and hospital
furniture.
• Assist in cost accounting for large-scale projects like pathology interiors or equipment
installations.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and service teams to align financial data with
operations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support internal and external audits.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a medical equipment or technical services
company.
• Understanding of medical equipment and service-related billing structures is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).
• Excellent Excel skills; ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in handling project-based costing and job order accounting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory modules.
