A Leading Oil & Gas Company in South Sudan is looking for young and energetic Commercial Sales Executives to join the Commercial Team.

Main Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Developing and executing the commercial sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Identifying and qualifying new high-value commercial prospects and opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at major clients
  • Negotiating and closing complex, high-value sales contracts
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams
  • Analyzing sales data and pipeline to forecast future performance
  • Reporting on commercial sales activity and performance to executive leadership

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced sales training
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Deep industry knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and contract management skills
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Proficient in using CRM, sales forecasting, and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with key clients
