Location: Westlands, Nairobi
Salary: Ksh. 35,000

Job Purpose
Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of their client in the Business Process Outsourcing industry, is looking for
a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service
Representative will ill be responsible for managing client communications, handling customer
inquiries, and maintaining high service standards while dealing with high-end international companies.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in banking, debt collection,
and/or call centers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
 Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
 Manage customer accounts and provide accurate information regarding services.
 Follow up on outstanding accounts where applicable (debt collection exposure preferred).
 Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
 Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end international clients.
 Meet individual and team performance targets.
 Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
 Provide regular updates and reports to the supervisor as required.

Qualifications
 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a
related field.
 3–5 years of experience in customer service.
 Experience in banking, telecommunication, debt collection, and/or call center environments.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills with high fluency in English.

 High level of confidence and professionalism when dealing with international clients.
 Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
