Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. With a focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation, the Digital Marketer will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital presence.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Development:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising, to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.

  1. Content Creation:

Develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including social media posts, blogs, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience interests.

  1. Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our social media presence, creating compelling content, engaging with the audience, and monitoring social media trends to enhance brand positioning.

  1. SEO and Website Optimization:

Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure optimal website performance.

  1. Data Analysis:

Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  1. Lead Generation:

Implement strategies to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion.

  1. Email Marketing:

Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Should have at least a Degree in Digital Marketing, IT, BBIT, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, and Public Relations or any related course.
  • At least 1 year experience in Digital Marketing in the areas of mass emails, SEO/SEM, blogging in any fast-paced company.

  • Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO
  • Intermediate Graphic design
  • Intermediate WordPress and web development skills
  • Intermediate Video Editing, Animation and Photo Editing
  • Proficiency with website analytics tools (Google Analytics);
  • Knowledge in the area of Digital Advertising, buying and planning media;
  • Google Ads Certification required
