Job Brief .

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support the company's marketing and sales initiatives through digital campaigns, lead generation and integrated marketing activities for our client .

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan and run paid ads on platforms like Google Ads and social media to showcase property listings.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging property photos, videos, virtual tours, and blog posts to attract home buyers and investors.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize the company website and property pages so they rank higher in local search results.
• Social Media & Email: Maintain active social media profiles and execute targeted email newsletters to nurture prospective clients.
• Data Analytics: Track website traffic, ad performance, and conversion metrics using analytics tools to improve future campaigns.
• Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other online platforms.
• Support lead generation initiatives and marketing campaigns to drive sales.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to support project marketing and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications .

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, within the real estate or property sector.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or other digital platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools, social media ad managers, content management systems (CMS), and data analytics software.
• Soft Skills: Strong visual and written communication, creativity, and project management abilities.
