JOB TITLE
INVOICING CLERK NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME INDUSTRY SALARY KSHS. 30,000 JOB LOCATION THIKA ROAD
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate accurate and timely invoices for customers based on delivery and sales data.
- Verify invoice details against sales orders, delivery notes, and dispatch records.
- Ensure all invoicing is compliant with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with the warehouse and dispatch team to confirm product availability and delivery.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and related records.
- Follow up on any discrepancies or queries related to billing with relevant departments.
- Update and maintain invoicing data in the company’s ERP system (preferably Navision).
- Provide support during monthly stock takes, including reconciliation of physical stock with system records.
- Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly sales/invoicing reports for management.
- Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to ensure smooth flow of documentation and data.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in an invoicing, stores, or stock control role within a manufacturing or FMCG company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Experience using Navision ERP system is a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
