Our facilities are located in Kisii, Nyamira, Migori, Homa Bay, Siaya, Uasin-Gishu, Kitui, Nairobi, Kakamega, Bungoma, Busia, and Kajiado counties.
Job Title: Management Trainees
Location: Nyanza / Western Regions

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Management Trainee Program across the following departments: Procurement & Supply Chain, Finance & Accounts, Human Resource, Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Customer Service, Hospitality & Front Office Management
About the Program
Our Management Trainee Program is a structured 6-month hands-on training and mentorship initiative designed to groom high-potential graduates for future leadership roles. You will gain real-world experience, cross-functional exposure, and leadership skills in your area of specialization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in departmental rotations to gain broad exposure and understanding of operations.
- Support departmental teams in executing day-to-day tasks, projects, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Attend regular training, coaching, and mentorship sessions.
- Work on assigned projects and present reports or findings to senior management.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude in learning and contributing to team success.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in the relevant fields: Procurement & Supply Chain Management/Logistics, BCOM, BBA, Human Resource Management, Information Technology/Computer Science, Communication, Public Relations, Hospitality Management or any related course.
- Must have graduated within the last 2 years.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
