JOB TITLE: MARKETING EXECUTIVE
5 POSITIONS
NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME
INDUSTRY: HOSPITALITY
SALARY: KSHS. 10,000 PLUS A 3%COMMISSION
JOB LOCATION: MAASAI MARA
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase bookings and promote the lodge's brand.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform the creation of marketing campaigns.
- Drive brand awareness through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print materials, and partnerships.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop promotional content that aligns with the lodge’s vision.
- Enhance guest experiences by creating targeted marketing strategies that resonate with the lodge’s clientele.
- Ensure consistent communication with guests via newsletters, social media, and other engagement platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional packages that encourage bookings.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI, adjusting tactics as needed to meet targets.
- Work closely with the management team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities and their outcomes.
KEY REQUIREMENTS - SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketer in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and traditional marketing methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking with the ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions
