JOB TITLE: MARKETING EXECUTIVE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Create and manage engaging content for digital channels, including website, social media, and email marketing.
• Manage email marketing campaigns.
• Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and promotions.
• Generate regular reports on marketing performance and key metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
• Independent work:
• Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

KEY REQUIREMENTS - SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in the education or hospitality sector
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools
• Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
