Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of the proficiency in the operation, maintenance and sterilization of medical equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to healthcare providers, building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical equipment to healthcare facilities by understanding their technical specifications, benefits and features.
• Educating dental professionals on how to use medical equipment on how it can enhance clinical workflow and patient outcomes by providing a detailed product demonstration.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, referrals or attending trade shows where customers acquire deep technical knowledge of the medical products.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and trends in the medical equipment market.
• Provide feedback to the company on product performance and customer needs.
• Participate in product development discussions by relaying customer feedback.
• Work closely with the technical, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
• Submit regular sales reports, forecasts and Customer Relation Management (CRM) updates.
• Ensure Compliance and Documentation by maintaining accurate records of transactions, contracts and customer communications.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
• Respond to changing priorities and perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business, Marketing, Dentistry or a related field.
• Additional certifications in sales or medical technologies are a plus.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical or dental sales.
• Experience working with medical professionals and procurement officers is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of dental equipment, instruments and technologies.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and customer-oriented by explaining technical products in a simple and persuasive manner.
