SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER – HR SERVICES

Career Options Africa Group is a HR Consultancy firm specialized in Recruitment, HR outsourcing and Immigration support in Africa with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa and South Sudan.
THE JOB
As the Sales and Marketing Officer, you will lead business growth initiatives targeting recruitment, HR outsourcing and Training Services in the African Region
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in digital and social media activities
- Develop relevant training materials for online and digital marketing including flyers, videos etc
- Send out cold emails
- Carry out online research on potential clients
- Look out for tenders and requests for proposals and process the same
- Prepare business proposals and follow them through
- Lead generation
QUALIFICATIONS
We are targeting candidates with the following qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration graduated with a Second Class Upper Division.
- Experience working with a HR agency offering recruitment or training services is an added advantage
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and competencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING THE RIGHT PERSON
We are offering the successful candidate a monthly gross salary of KES 40,000 and sales commissions
