Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Nairobi,Kenya
Job Overview: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves proactive outreach, effective communication, and a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales leads, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals with clients.

Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends.

Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Technology: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
