JOB TITLE
TUKTUK SALESMEN (5 POSITIONS) NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME INDUSTRY FMCG SALARY COMMISSION BASED JOB LOCATION RONGAI
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell and distribute company soft drink products to existing and potential customers using a company-assigned tuktuk.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Collect payments and ensure reconciliation at the end of each day.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor stock levels in the tuktuk and restock accordingly.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Sales Supervisor.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the designated route.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the tuktuk.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and standards.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience as a tuktuk salesman, preferably in the soft drinks or FMCG sector
- Must possess a valid driving license for a three-wheeler/tuktuk
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good knowledge of the Rongai area and its surroundings
