Job Overview:
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company committed to deliver top-quality products and outstanding customer service. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail operations, drive performance and ensure the seamless daily management of our store.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall workflow including receiving, storage, dispatch and inventory management to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods, verifying that all items are correctly packed and documented.
• Implement and maintain stock control systems to track inventory levels and prevent stock discrepancies.
• Review and approve stock requisitions from various departments, ensuring availability and proper allocation of goods.
• Schedule and conduct physical stock counts to verify inventory accuracy and reconcile with system records.
• Prepare Inventory Reports, Order Fulfilment Report, Quality Control Report, Warehouse Summary Report, Vendor Reports, Warehouse Expense Report and Shipping Reports.
• Oversee the safe and organized storage of goods, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Work closely with procurement to plan for incoming stock and with logistics to arrange outgoing deliveries.
• Provide training, guidance, and supervision to warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with procedures.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure a clean, hazard-free warehouse environment for all personnel.
• Handle the return process of goods, document damaged items, and coordinate appropriate actions with suppliers or customers.
• Keep up-to-date records of stock movements, stock requisitions, dispatch notes, and inventory reports.
• Continuously assess and reorganize warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and streamline workflows.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch turnaround time and inventory turnover rates.
• Handle inquiries regarding stock availability, dispatch schedules, and stock requisition statuses professionally.
• Oversee the maintenance and availability of warehouse tools, machinery, and supplies necessary for operations.
• Enforce organizational policies and procedures relating to inventory control, stock requisitions, and dispatch protocols.

Requirements and Qualification:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BCOM, Supply Chain Management ,Warehouse ,Retail Management or a related.
• Proven experience 5-8 years as a Warehouse Supervisor in FMCG or a similar retail environment.

Skills:

• Proficiency in ERP Systems,POS or Inventory Management is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
